The HARP Board of Directors welcomed Angie, Senior Conservation Ecologist of Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy to the Platte River Park. She surveyed the park creating a detailed report including brief summaries and findings on habitat types, plant species, plant highlights, invasive plants, fauna, as well as a plant and E-bird lists.

"Future inventories would likely yield many more species to the already impressive lists, and the river was not sampled (at least by me), but for now I hope this basic summary document is useful for you and the township for future management planning. Many thanks to you, the township, and all the partners, staff and volunteers for their interest and who helped gather flora, fauna, map, and habitat information. Please feel free to reach out if any questions. Angie Bouma 231.922.1263, angie@gtrlc.org"
